Acceptable Use Policy

Strictly prohibited

• Any illegal activity under UAE law, applicable local law, or international sanctions
• Fraud, phishing, scams, social engineering, or identity theft
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code
• Cloaking, malicious redirects, or intentionally hiding prohibited destinations
• Circumventing advertising-platform policies or brand-safety rules
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material, or sexual content involving minors
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or modern slavery
• Illegal drugs, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or controlled substances
• Illegal weapons, explosives, or instructions for violent crime
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing illegal activity
• Intellectual-property infringement, counterfeiting, or piracy
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or attacks against any system or network
• Spam, deceptive lead generation, or fake engagement
• Impersonation of platforms, brands, CountedClicks, MediaSpades, or individuals
• Abuse of tracking infrastructure, including attempts to overload or bypass controls

Your destination pages

You are responsible for every destination URL in your tracking links and for the content users see after a click. Prohibited content on those destinations is treated as a violation of this AUP even if the tracking link itself appears benign.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse or illegal use to support@mediaspades.com. Include the tracking URL, approximate time, and a short description. We may preserve logs and cooperate with competent authorities.
